HOTEL BILAL sells freshly cooked food. We do not ship physical products by courier. Orders are delivered locally or picked up from our restaurant.
1. Where we deliver
- We deliver only within 35 km of our restaurant at 313, GST Road, Chrompet, Chennai. At checkout you mark your delivery spot on the map (or share your location), and the website shows whether it is inside this area.
- Delivery orders outside 35 km cannot be placed. You can still order Takeaway and collect from the restaurant. If a paid delivery address turns out to be outside our area, we will offer takeaway or a full refund. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Delivery time
- We take orders every day from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
- Orders are usually delivered within 30–60 minutes of confirmation. At busy times (for example, weekends, Fridays and festivals) it can take longer, and we will let you know.
- Orders placed when we are closed are prepared after we open.
3. Delivery charges
- Free delivery within 5 km of the restaurant on orders of ₹499 or more (food total).
- Orders below ₹499, and all deliveries beyond 5 km, pay a delivery charge based on distance. It is shown at checkout before you pay and is added to your bill (currently ₹48 for the first km plus ₹10 for each further km, in line with our delivery partner's rates).
- The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay; there is no extra charge at the door.
4. Takeaway
Choose Takeaway at checkout and collect your order from the counter. Please show your name or Payment ID.
5. Please make sure
- Your mobile number and address are correct, and someone can take the order. Sharing your location at checkout helps our delivery person find you.
- If we cannot reach you at the address or by phone, we will hold the order at the restaurant for collection.

டெலிவரி கொள்கை (தமிழில்)
- நாங்கள் புதிதாகச் சமைத்த உணவை உள்ளூரில் டெலிவரி செய்கிறோம் அல்லது கடையில் வாங்கிக் கொள்ளலாம். கூரியர் மூலம் அனுப்புவதில்லை.
- டெலிவரி பகுதி: குரோம்பேட்டை GST சாலை கடையிலிருந்து 35 கி.மீ.-க்குள் மட்டும். Checkout-ல் வரைபடத்தில் உங்கள் இடத்தைக் குறித்தால், அது டெலிவரி பகுதிக்குள் இருக்கிறதா என்று இணையதளம் காட்டும். 35 கி.மீ-க்கு வெளியே டெலிவரி ஆர்டர் செய்ய முடியாது; கடையில் வாங்க (Takeaway) ஆர்டர் செய்யலாம்.
- நேரம்: தினமும் காலை 11 – இரவு 11 வரை ஆர்டர் எடுக்கிறோம். பொதுவாக உறுதி செய்த 30–60 நிமிடத்தில் டெலிவரி. கூட்ட நேரங்களில் தாமதமாகலாம்.
- டெலிவரி கட்டணம்: கடையிலிருந்து 5 கி.மீ-க்குள், ₹499 அல்லது அதற்கு மேல் ஆர்டர் செய்தால் இலவசம். ₹499-க்கு குறைவான ஆர்டருக்கும், 5 கி.மீ-க்கு மேல் உள்ள எல்லா டெலிவரிக்கும் தூரத்தைப் பொறுத்து கட்டணம் உண்டு (இப்போது முதல் கி.மீ-க்கு ₹48 + ஒவ்வொரு கூடுதல் கி.மீ-க்கும் ₹10). பணம் செலுத்தும் முன்பே checkout-ல் காட்டப்பட்டு, பில்லில் சேர்க்கப்படும். வீட்டு வாசலில் கூடுதல் கட்டணம் இல்லை.
- கடையில் வாங்க: Checkout-ல் "Takeaway" தேர்ந்தெடுத்து, கவுண்டரில் உங்கள் பெயர் அல்லது Payment ID-ஐக் காட்டி வாங்கிக் கொள்ளுங்கள்.
- சரியான மொபைல் எண், முகவரி கொடுங்கள். இருப்பிடத்தைச் சேர்த்தால் டெலிவரி எளிதாகும்.
